Narrated by Peter Coyote, A Simple Question: The Story of STRAW is an inspiring documentary about The Bay Institute’s watershed restoration project known as STRAW: Students and Teachers Restoring A Watershed. The 35 minute film chronicles the growth of STRAW from its origins as a 4th-grade class project to restore the endangered California Freshwater Shrimp into a remarkable program that has restored over 20 miles of creekside habitat, galvanized the community, and led to educational innovation by connecting children and teachers with their local watershed.
